I rescued this hen a year or so ago, and I've never been sure on her breed. Any ideas?
Her right foot is deformed. When she was young, whoever owned her put a band on her leg, and never took it off. So her leg grew over the band. The band is lodged in the center of her leg. She does alright though, considering. She's even figured out how to roost on wide perches.

does she have feathered feet? what kind of comb does she have?

she looks like a blue sumatra.
    does she have leg mites?

Clean legs, pea comb. Sorry, forgot to mention that earlier. :)

And yes, her leg mites are starting to come back a little.

I don't know what she is except adorable. Looks like a black chicken that has been playing in a pile of ashes. :)

Pea comb or rose comb? I was thinking she kind of looked like a blue Wyandotte.

Definitely not a blue Andalusian or Maran. I think hdowden is right. :)
