Any realtors from Virginia?

My DH just came home from Georgia, where he drove thru Virginia and was wondering what real estate goes for there, as in for vacation home. He's talking about more than 50 acres. Not for now, mind you,but maybe a few years down the road. We had settled on upstate NY, but now the wheels in our brains are turning since he really liked Virginia

I'm not a realtor, but I've lived in Central Virginia for most of my life. You'll find that property prices in Virginia vary, depending on what part of the state you're looking at. I'm assuming your husband saw the I-95 corridor, since he was driving from GA to NY. I'll be happy to check out some listings for you, if you'd like to get an idea of what's available.
