Anybody help??? Roo or Pullet? Rhode Island Red about 5 weeks?

Looks more like a Rhode Island Red than a New Hampshire, but I say pullet.

& is it normal for them to sleep so much??? i just got mine and all she does is sleep and she hasnt eaten that much but she did get some water...

Im hoping shes not sick...
