I just ordered from them, e-mail again. They are normaly pretty good at returning e-mails. I pestered the hack out of them last year and they always responded. Sometimes it took a day or teo though.

Thanks! I had to email from their website using that "form" you fill out. Wasn't sure if it was working cuz it has been about 4 days. I will try again.
