Anybody NOT looking forward to their New Years Eve plans?

We made reservtions at a bar several weeks ago because all of our friends were, $25 cover each, and neither one of us wants to go out now. We would rather sit at home and watch TV. Isnt 38 years old a little early to want to start doing that?

No, I am 34 and don't want to be bothered either... I have 3 kids though, so maybe thats a factor. We all were going to a family party tonight, but we got alot of snow today, so traveling is out of the question.. Bu I am not really upset about it either!

I am also 38 and I have been like this for a very long time. I used to love to go "out" on NYE and Halloween. Then it seemed like I did not want to fight the crowds and take the risk that seem to go along with going out when everyone else is. Now going "out" for me is locking the chicken door at dark. I LOVE it!

Im 29 and we are staying in. Although a couple of our friends are coming over. We never have went out for New Years.

Hubby is away on the road, sigh..... It's gonna be a lonely New Years Eve.

Definitely me. We never go out, and I induced frumpiness by making him sleep on the couch last night.
