Bought a full size mixer with bread dough hooks and the works (4 bowls, etc.) for 10 bucks today. I think I'll stash it down the cellar. My DH might actually expect me to make/bake something!

That's what I'm afraid of. [IMG]

That is a good deal. I have been wanting to go to a good yard sale for a while now. I'm itching for one.

If it's a kitchenaid, you got a FANTASTIC deal. I'd buy it for 10 times that price at a yard sale.

I got up this morning, and my coffeemaker had died. I bought one at a yard sale for $1, and it works. I tried it. And I bought 2 Battenburg lace curtain panels, and 2 matching valances, and gave $4 for all those! Productive morning! Got what I wanted, and saved over $100 bucks!

I do too. Today was a chocolate cake (no boxed stuff here) and two loaves of bread. Tomorrow chocolate chip cookies. Bake on weekends and eat all week.
