I have 15 showgirl/silkie eggs in the bator due on June 3rd, four days before my birthday (I won't be in town on my birthday, hubby will be feeding/watering the flock). I am so excited. These were an exceptional deal from Angie, and I'm super excited. I'm praying for two pullets, a white showgirl and a partridge showgirl, but I know I'll probably hold onto any of the showgirls that hatch (I think blues and blacks are in the flock too) and hold onto any who turn out to be pullets. Eep! My white silkie passed away (no idea what happened, went to work and the fluff was fine, came home and it was dead

) and then I paid for my showgirl eggs shortly after. I couldn't afford the $25 - $35 that most were charging for six eggs, so I was super excited when I messaged about these eggs. They all arrived in excellent condition, and I'm PRAYING that I get a bunch of gorgeous birds.

Anyways, anyone else hatching out showgirls? If not, get some, everyone needs at least one showgirl! Lol.
Thanks again Angie, I can't wait!
