sounds like a red hat lady type club with wrinkled roosters and wrinkled hens who like to refer to themselves as "fancy."

I googled it but all I came up with was someone blogging about what they saw. Seems it is some type of senior citizen social club where they go out on road trips and such like Viva Las Vegas geritol style.
