Anyone have a homemade egg carton design?

I am working on making reusable egg cartons out of some lath board. I know the people who buy eggs from me right now just give the cartons right back so I can reuse them but the flimsy styrofoam cartons don't hold up that well so I have a design in my head for these light weight wooden ones but I haven't built the prototype yet but I will post some pics when its done. Thanks
