Anyone have a recipe similar to the pepper relish that Cracker Barrel

    serves with their pinto beans? I am just looking for a good sweet pepper relish, tried and true, to can for gift giving. Thanks!!!

    I always hit YAHOO first when I see questions like this, amazing how many companies have granted their recipes to newspapers and gourmet magazines...
    Not having had it myself I will supply you with some links with multiple recipes, I hope these are of some help to you. From the looks of the recipes it sounds real good. I spent my teens growing up in Chicago so never had down home food like this. Now that I'm married my MIL and her sister are Russian and we get some awfully good pickled vegetables when we eat there...

    Of course if I am off base here simply go to Yahoo or Google and enter the name the relish is called and have a look... I find more good recipes and get inspired by some of the techniques these folks use to improvise my own dishes. Why Not ???
