Anyone hear anything about "Hiland Naturals" for non-GMO layer feed or any similar feeds/recipes?

I'm looking for a reasonably priced, whole grain, non-GMO layer feed. I've found this one but there aren't any reviews of it: http://www.hilandnaturals.com/product/chicken-layer-17/

I've looked into perhaps mixing my own feed but I don't want to deal with any decencies that may cause. However, if anyone has a mixture that they have given their hens for a year or more and has not seen any nutrient deficiencies, I would be interested in the recipe.

We tried Hiland Naturals last year, didn't like it, too powdery so there was a lot of waste.
