Ok so I have a 2 year old daughter and have a boy due in October. If you're a parent you know how fast children outgrow their clothing. I thought it would be neat to start a kids clothing swap. It would be similar to the "What Ya Got Swap" but it would ONLY be children's clothing items. So for example: I would post infant girl clothing. Another member claims the clothing and posts what they have. I thought it might be a neat idea but wanted to see if anyone else was interested?

I think its a great idea!! I have 4 girls- 11, 9, 4, and 1, and a very tight budget so anyway I can get my hands on clothes for them is wonderful! I will keep an eye on this thread and hopefully we will get the chain going!

Quote:Yea my daughter is SUPER spoiled and she has over 8 rubbermaid tubs filled with clothing. My family members bought her TONS of clothes for the first year and she didn't even wear half of it. Now that she is older everyone seems to have stopped buying her clothes and only buys her toys. Also with a little boy on the way we are going to need all new clothes. So I thought it would be neat to see if there are other mom's on here that would also like to get rid of some of the old clothes and get some new stuff at the same time. Plus the overall cost for shipping would be way less then buying all the clothes. Hopefully we can get enough people and we can get this up and running. [IMG] I thought of doing a garage sale but the time and energy wasn't worth it and all the money I got for her old clothes would go to buy new clothes anyway so I figured this would be better idea.
