Anyone know anything about Homeandbarnbasics.com????

Hi,

I recently placed an order from a place on the internet called: www.homeandbarnbasics.com

This order was placed on 2/13 and paid for via paypal, which I got a receipt for. I also paid extra for 3 day UPS. However, I haven't heard BOO from the company, have emailed them 4 times now and still no reply or info on my order.

The company is located in Talahasee Alabama. Do any of you have any experience at all with this company??

They are or were a BYC sponsor. I ordered once from them and all
was good.

Hmmm...it's just weird. So far I have emailed them at both email addresses they provide...one is their private email I got from Paypal, and the other is the customer service email on their website. No replies as of today. my order status has not changed either.

I think there was another thread about someone having an issue with them recently.

I suspect, since they are a small business, that something is going on.
Do not be too concerned, after talking to them on other occasions I believe
they are good folks. I know it's difficult waiting but just give it time.

Thanks for all the replies. I think I'll just file a complaint with Paypal and have the transaction cancelled and purchase elsewhere.

I went to their home page and it still says Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. That may not be such a good sign. Sorry
