Anyone know the cancellation policy of Purely Poultry?

    I can't get a hold of them via phone or email, and found a local farm who has the breeds I wanted but I don't want to buy them unless I can cancel my order with purely poultry. Thanks!

    Can you check their website? There should be information there or at least a phone number to call.

    I can't find anything on their site and their phone number is not working, or my cell is not working for just their number. I also tried emailing them but got no response.

    You might try sending me a Private message on BYC or giving me a call directly at 920-732-6537. When were the phones not working? On Mondays the phones were very busy. We were answering calls all day long. I hope that this issue has already been resolved but if not I will be happy to help you with it right away.

    Yes already resolved, got a hold of someone on Tuesday, for some reason every time I called on Monday my cell phone said that the number was unavailable. Thank you
