Not necessarily an indicator of a roo when it’s that young. It’s impossible to tell without an autosexing breed at this point.

I don't see anything that says cockerel yet... but its still way to early. Wait until they're 8 weeks or so...
and agree that feather sexing only works on specific crosses... I don't think these are one of those crosses.

I tried the wing test when mine were about that old and could have sworn they were all female but I was so wrong haha
