Anyone know what these roosters are?

These two roosters were two little black bantam pullets we got last spring from the feed store. They grew slow and matured really slow. Our New Hampshire rooster had a full comb and was crowing away months before these two started to even begin looking like roosters. At first it was only one of them, and the other still looked like a hen but then a month or so later it's comb and tail grew too. We initially thought the first one was changing sexes which we heard could happen but was quite rare. They look kinda like partridge Cochins but they were black as chicks. This is he best picture I have right now, I'll get a better one later. Any help determining what they are would be awesome! (Their lives kinda depend on it, lol)

    Thanks!

They look like maybe Black Copper Marans to me but kind of hard to tell for sure with that pic.

Not sure if BCM's come in bantam though.
