Anyone make cheese?

I know this isn't chicken related but I was wondering if anyone out there could give me feedback on making cheese. I guess I want to know how involved it is to make simple cheese like Mozzarella. What do I need in supplies and how much time and money does it really require.
I tend to get discouraged easily and want to save myself the headache if it's a huge task.

If you can make yogurt you can do Mozza. It really isn't any more labor intensive. With the exception of the final heating and stretching which takes about 15 minutes for the yield from 3 gallons of milk.

I've never made it, but I've been reading about it. You can buy the cultures necessary to make the cheese online and you need to make sure the milk you're using is not ultra-pasteurized.
