I know this isn't chicken related but I was wondering if anyone out there could give me feedback on making cheese. I guess I want to know how involved it is to make simple cheese like Mozzarella. What do I need in supplies and how much time and money does it really require.
I tend to get discouraged easily and want to save myself the headache if it's a huge task.
