Is it worth doing it? What kind of paint did you use?
I painted mine to match the coop I just used regular outdoor paint I'm glad I did it, but it would have been easier if I had done it before I attached it to my coop!
Okay, good to know. I'll be sure to do it before I attach it to the coop!
I spray paint it white
Wouldn't it be more of a distraction if you paint it?
I'm wondering if it would be worth it with 1/2" hardware cloth. Is the visibility that much different if it's painted black?
I would imagine
We painted ours the same grey color as our coop/shed. We used a sprayer and painted it after we had attached it.
Painted mine after it went up and the change is incredible. I still have a section i haven't done (winter here and the weather isn't warm enough often enough to paint) and the difference is night and day.
Im not sure of the long term robustness, so if anyone did it a couple of years ago i would be interested if its something that has to be re-done often or not
