Anyone want to guess if I have any roos?

    Hey all! I love this forum and have lurked it for a year since before we got our chicks. Well we finally got them and now think we might have a roo (or 2). I love the gender threads and thought I'd get a few opinions! :)

    Pumpkin - RIR 5 weeks on saturday[​IMG]

    Lilly - Barred Plymouth rock 5 weeks on Saturday

    Lovie - SLW 4 weeks

    Miss - EE 7 weeks on Saturday
    She's top of the pecking order

    Lovey and Miss are suspicious to me and are probably roosters.

    They are the 2 I am suspicious of too! Pumpkin also has us on the fence.. the 3 of them fluff up their neck feathers and are constantly jumping at each other!

    Pumpkin has a good sized comb but for now it looks orange in color, though RIR can be slow to mature.

    Today was a beautiful day so we brought them out to play in their run outside. [​IMG] First out was the EE, SLW, and RIR. Lilly and Dottie stayed in the kennel until I pushed them out. (those two are my favorites so really hoping those 2 are my hens lol)

    Pumpkin stands very tall and isn't chunky like the others.. I'll post some pics later too. Any other opinions? I plan to update every few weeks because I love reading threads when they update haha.
