I have a 4-h presentation due tomorrow at 3 on my selected show breeds. These are: Polish, Phoenix, and Cochin.
If you have a standard of perfection, can you please tell me the description of the ideal bird? I would like to know this, and also be able to include it in my presentation. A GREAT many thanks [IMG]

Nothing like waiting until the last minute!

The Standard of Perfection in its entirety describes the ideal bird. The individual breed standards are copyright protetced by the organizations which created them, the American Poultry Association and the American Bantam Association, and so cannot be reprinted for public use without their permission.

Quote:Well, I tried to find it everywhere else online, and couldn't find it. No need to be rude about it.
    Thanks Briarpatch!

Next time you might also try your library: even if your library doesn't have a copy, it's very likely a librarian can find a copy via interlibrary loan.

Do you have large or bantam birds?
