I am getting the hatching bug and doing a lot of reaearching. Is it possible to get a disease in an egg? I haven't seen the question on here but there are 1300 pages to search through and I haven't found it so far......any help is much appreciated.[IMG]

Ali there seems to be several schools of thought on this. From what I've been able to sift through there is a small possibility that a couple of diseases may be passed on through the eggs to the chicks but that is rare. Hopefully others can give you more info.

Thanks for the information. Makes you want to rethink having chickens at all..... [IMG] But not really. I am having too much fun with them. Thank you again. I marked the page as a favorite for future reference.
