Anyone's standard chickens treat the bantams like chicks?

We have a 3 month old BR who treats the bantams like chicks. They're only 3 weeks younger but obviously a lot smaller. Whenever she sees our dog, she calls to them and they scurry under her. I was worried about the introduction but things went so smoothly that it's like a dream! I was just wondering if this is normal behavior.

wow that would be something cute to see! we have some bantams at the moment, and I have a broody that just can't quit. wonder if she would take to them as easily? good luck! I would just say keep an eye on them

Sometimes....but they get over it when the bantam hens get bossy.

I had a standard EE roo brood with 2 OEGBs and 2 Sizzles. He was a week younger, so he would get up under their wings to stuggle. By the time they went into the big coop, the OEGBs ended up sleeping on his back.
