#1, #2, #3 and #4 are on the same photo.
They are 4 weeks old. Any ideas on if these are pullets or cockerels?

Second chick is looking suspicious. However it is much too early to sex this breed. Post updated pics in 4 more weeks.

I have almost no experience sexing chicks, but I have 19 Appenzeller Spitzhauben chicks I purchased sexed as pullets from Hoover's Hatchery. They are now 1 month old and I'm 100% sure that 1 of the 19 is a cockerel, because his tail, feather pattern and coloring is a bit different from the pullets, and he has the beginning of wattles. For over a week I've suspected he wasn't female, even though he's the smallest and most timid of the chicks, from week 1 his wings and tail were way shorter. The pullets are taller and braver, pecking my hand when I try to pick them up. See if you can spot the boy in the photo.

I think yours are pullets. More photos would help confirm.

Thanks. Mine turned out 50/50, two pullets and two cockerels. A great breed!
