Approximately 8 months old and still no eggs. :(

I need advice! My girls are about 8 months old and still aren't laying eggs. I got them from a friend in Kentucky about 2 months ago. Their flock sisters in Kentucky are laying, but mine still aren't. I've included pictures of their coop and run in the hopes someone can let me know what I'm doing wrong.

What breed(s) are they? What are you feeding them? Have you dewormed them and treated for mites (as a precaution) at any stage?

I'm sorry - I'm new at this and didn't realize I posted in the wrong forum, tried to edit or delete. Failed miserably.

I have a Buff Orpington, Rhode Island Red and Barred Rock. I'm feeding them 21% layer and haven't wormed or treated for mites. Below are pictures of the coop and run.
