April Hatch A Long... anyone goin to hatch with me?????? !!!

I am new at this - day 4 I added 1/2 cup water (used syringe, much came out to fast and overflowed) how much and how often are you adding water..temps run 99.5 and 38 humidity (constant temps) no red plugs in....should I just NOT add water until lockdown? I have a LG incubator with egg turner & fan... first time hatcher - 40 eggs (next time I will leave an empty slot to add water and see trough better) Buff Orps and RIR will join you and watch your progress...Good Luck

I have three of the Dominique chicks a day early! I have one pipping.

Tomorrow is hatch day so we'll see if I get any more. There is no action in the bantam bator. But we'll see how it goes tomorrow!

So far I still have three chicks and one is still pipping. Kinda concerned sinced it's taking him or her so long. The bantam eggs have absolutely nothing happening so I'll candle tonite and do the float test tomorrow. I hope that they are just late.
As far as the ones that have hatched go, I think I've been had! I think that 1 might be a dominique, but the others are question marks! Not a clue but one does have fuzz on it's legs!

I had some chicks hatch over the weekend. some BCM and Barred Rocks. I have quail hatching tomorrow and OEGB BBR, Salmon Faverolle, Easter Eggers, and Cuckoo marans hatching Thursday the 14th and lavender ameraucanas, easter eggers, and salmon faverolles hatching next thursday the 21st. I have Mille Fleur d'Uccles coming in the mail right now and I did 3 swaps with the april egg swap so I have a lot of eggs coming. I plan on trying to fit all of those in together depending on when I get them and what I get.

I just have become addicted and can't stop. In 1 month I went from zero incubators to 3.
