Correct me if I'm wrong?
3 month old araucanas.

I think that you are correct - pullet, cockerel, cockerel, pullet.
Ditto Dat.

PSA FYI.....semantics, maybe, but can be important communication terms when discussing chicken behavior.
Female chickens are called pullets until one year of age, then they are called hens.
Male chickens are called cockerels until one year of age, then they are called cocks(or cockbirds or roosters).
Age in weeks or months is always a good thing to note.

Thanks. New to araucanas. They've been definitely difficult to sex till now. Seems that the girls have more fluff in the top of the head and the boys below/cheeks? As well as boys have redder comb.

agree with above.
As I'm not as familiar with the UK standard for araucanas... But yes, the best way to tell them apart before 13 weeks is the comb. After that, your cockerels will start growing their male saddle feathers and they will become more obvious.

Looks right to me.
I always go by the comb since I have had a male take closer to 9 months to look anything like a cockerel. single line pea comb generally means pullet, multiple rows (usually 3) means cockerel
