Genetics are not my strong point-Are RIR's and BO's sex linked birds? What other breeds are sex linked that are raised for meat and egg laying-brooding too-I have a bunch hatching in 20 days and would like to know ( or at least attempt) to sex them on day 1-thank you so much-

Generally speaking RIR & BO are not considered sex linked. It is possible you might be able to sex them early possibly by feather growth.

Ideally if you want to be able to determine sex at day old you wouldmneed to do a sex linked cross.

Or there are autosexing breeds which work by having the barring gene on e-allels other than E or ER.
