Maybe weight watchers? I've heard a thin chicken can be measured by pinching the keel bone- if you can't feel muscle on both sides, the chicken is underweight. A normal chicken has muscle on both sides of the keel that can be felt. A FAT chicken has little keel bone that can be pinched. In fact... they have a dimple/cleavage. Do I see some chest cleavage there?
