Are mustard greens okay?

I got about 5 lbs of mustard greens yesterday free at the farmer's market. Does anybody know if they're safe for chickens?

I figured it would probably be fine, just thought I'd make sure though. Do your birds like them?

They love em. Give them all they will eat. Cuts down on feed bill.

They're not bad if you cook them right, but your hens will eat them raw.

Mine LOVE, LOVE, LOVE mustard and turnip greens, especially now when there is little green stuff available for them.

They devoured them all... in like 2 minutes. Guess I'll be planting some greens next to their run now. L0L.

There are fields and fields of wild mustard around here and I always stop and gather a couple bags full when I go anywhere just for my chickens. They love it!

I also have an old freezer filled with compost that I grow Swiss Chard in for the chickens and us to eat.
