Are my Bond browns gonna only last 18 Months?

Sex link chickens produce very well, but do decline since they work HEAVY DUTY.
General life span of these is 3 to 5 years. After 18 months egg producers cycle out their chickens regardless of checking each chicken. They need to meet their financial goals. (hard reality) . A chicken that does not produce is a financial liability on those keepers.
I keep chickens as pets only. Heritage breeds tend to live 10 years or somewhere close to that. My longest was a Silver Sebrite, that lived 13. An Easter Egger lived 11 years, but could have lasted longer if not for a predator attack.
My last sex link lived about 3+ , but I'm not totally sure, since I got her full grown and no background info on her.
You will notice that after 18 months, the egg production will start to decrease.
