I've started processing my cornish X (10 weeks old) and noticed that all their livers have darker red spots and stains on them. Just one of them had a really pale squishy liver that didn't hold together it was obviously sick, so I threw that one out without really wondering if it was still good ...hopefully that bird will still be ok to eat. When I processed a few birds a couple weeks ago all their livers where all unicolored and looked really healty and where really tasty too!! Are these darker spots normal? can I still eat these livers?

No it's not normal. I have processed many birds and have never seen a spotted liver. Can you eat them? not sure about that. I know I wouldn't because I get enough that I could afford to discard.
