I recently got 3 Road Island Red chicks from my local Tractor Supply. They were straight runs and I'm just trying to figure out if they are roosters or hens. They are almost 4 weeks old now. I attached some pictures below.[IMG][/IMG][/IMG]

G’Day from down under dova1030 [IMG] Welcome!

I agree that the What Breed or Gender Forum will be your best bet in a couple of weeks time.

You might want to also pop in and say hello on your local thread: ‘Find your State’s thread.

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

If you would like to share pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out [IMG]

    Out to pasture
[IMG]When they are 6-8 weeks of age please post new photos of them at "what breed or gender is this." they will be feathered out by then and easier to determine gender.
