Are my eggs ok?

It's day 21 and my eggs I've been incubating haven't started piping or chirping yet. I've been candling them every 5 days or so during incubation and they have been developing. But now they don't seem to be moving, but there are still red blood vessels inside. I'm going to give them a few more days just to see if they'll hatch late.
So are they just late? Or what could have gone wrong? Let me know what you all think

Welcome to BYC. Are you sure that you are at 21 days? At 21 days it should be difficult if not impossible to see blood vessels. Perhaps you have been incubating at a lower temp? This would increase incubation period. These are chicken eggs, right?

Yes! These are chicken eggs. Well I've always had the temp at about 99-100, and it has spiked up over 103 only a couple times. Then I visited my relatives last weekend and so for two days it got down to 90.
