Are my quails male and female?

I bought 2 quails the other day and I was told that they were male and female.
As I was reading it said that silver males may or may not have bibs. So now I am worried about having 2 males.

Also the one with the bib has a tiny amount of pink feathers on the tail and it is tiny compared to the other one.

You would do best to post in the "other breeds forum," for ducks, quail etc. I know nothing about quail but, wow those babies are beautiful. Maybe the tiny one is a girl.

Also can anyone tell me what mutation they are?

And the one with no bib has a white stripe on its head.
