I had four silkie chicks, predators got two of them. I now have a black and gray (the gray ones wing was ripped off by raccoon and sutured up by vet). I think they are six weeks old? I know it may be too early to tell but i feel like the gray one is a boy, always seems to stand taller than the others much fluffier legs. The black one i feel is a girl maybe always timid stays low to the ground started dust bathing always hiding behind the other chicks? What do you guys think? Still much too early to tell?

It's still too early to tell, although like you've noticed, behavior can be an indicator, you very well could have a male and a female : D or a timid male, a dominant female, who knows! The grey one you have is called a blue by the way, super cute babies and I'm sorry you lost two of them!! :'(
