Are pine shavings okay for bedding???

    Are pine shanvings okay for geese bedding?? i have a dog kennal that is full of straw for them to snuggle in.

    yea its ok for them. I have pine shavings for their bedding in their coop right now.

    I use pine shaving also much easier to turn.

    You just want to stay away from dark wood shavings. MOST light wood shavings are perfectly fine.

    I use pine. Much easier to clean up. Anything else I tried (straw) gets too moist too quickly.
