Hi, My husband, Greg and I just started with our hens as chicks in April 2012. All 16 chicks made it and all are hens. We are enjoying them, so much and they share the splendor of our garden and fruit trees. They are spoiled rotten but we get anywhere from 11- 14 eggs per day. We are looking to see if we have any neighbors in Paso Robles, CA to share with. We are still hen newbies so it would be nice to have a mentor close by. Debbie and Greg at [email protected].
