The Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia!
Im wanting to plant some bamboo and
rhododendrons around my peacock pen.
thinking some leaves from the rhodys
might get inside thought I should ask...
I know the bamboo roots will probably run
inside too....

am I safe t go ahead and plant???

I have tons of plants and mushrooms that could harm and animal but they will not eat them, however a bird in a pen may peck and eat out of boardum or even tiring to receive a nutrients they need , so if there is an chances i would not plant them near the pen, i know Bamboos are ok, elephant ears, banana trees, cat tails and many other plants, most vining flowers like morning glories can be toxic, my peas eat the seeds but not like they do the sunflower seeds or peanuts.
Roses are good around the pen, mine love my roses, well the flower part.

I bet minxfox has alot of answers she has a nice big well planted pen.
