are there any weeds toxic to ducks?

I am most worried about these two

We have a plethora of weeds in our yard, now we do wack them buggers but they seem to grow faster than any flower I've ever planted I know there are toxic plants I am providing a small list I found but what about weeds? Here are some pictures since I don't know what they are called. I do have some toxic flowers growing but I planted them before duckie was given to us I have morning glories and azalea also a calla lily which isn't a real lily but still. Does anyone's ducks go after plants that are toxic for them or do they kind of just know?
