Are these baby chickens? Pics included

My neighbor found 3 chicks alone in the yard - one had died before she found them and these are the other 2. They look a lot like baby chickens that are a couple days old, they seem way too big to be wild birds. They don't quite look like photos we've found of baby wild turkeys. But we're perplexed as to where they came from if they aren't wild birds because no immediate neighbors have chickens (except us and we only have 2 white hens). We aren't sure how to help them.

Those are chicks of some breed they need 95degrees farenheit for the first week to survive along with chick feed and water
The more I look at them the smaller they seem they could also be a game bird like pheasant or quail. But same care goes for those guys too.
