I don't see double lacing in the hen and the comb in the rooster looks like it's the product of cross breeding. I'm guessing they are either blue laced red Wyandotte crosses or just not very good examples of Barnevelders.

That makes sense. They are pretty birds and would be great for the home flock but I am not sure they would be good for a Barnevelder breeding program. Shafting is not easy to breed out.From what I’ve read somewhere along the lines of breeding Laced Barnevelders they are crossed
with a Wyandottes. So you’re definitely right about that
