This is bugsy who I was hoping was a boy because s/he is huge as far as body thickness, but I am leaning towards girl.

All these birds are 5 weeks and 4 days old.
 
I only see one potential cockerel, and thats the first chick, the black and white bird. If you start seeing red patched pop up, that'll nail it down. All of those partridge-y looking chicks are female, that is a typical girl feather pattern. The Leghorns look like ladies to me as well. They'll have pretty large combs, even if they're hens, so I wouldn't try judging their gender based on comb size alone. I have no idea with the Polish.

Bugsy's feather pattern says girl to me, big girls do happen. As for that black and white chick, my guess was based on other members pics, when I've seen them that color, they usually end up being boys. The red patches would probably pop up when it goes through it's second juvenile molt, probably in a few weeks.
 
The other silver based chick is a messier color.
