Are these EE's or Araucauna or Ameracauna???

    We were givin these two hens with a bunch of bantys I think the woman who gave them to us said they where Ameracaunas but there eggs are not bright blue they are more of a light blue or light green color.

    we call the first one Eragon and the second one Prarie. Prarie has alot more feathering on her head then Eragon.

    It doesn't really matter to us but would be nice to know what we have.

    Yup, EEs. Although a purebred adult Ameraucana hen can also lay light blue/greenish-blue eggs. Ideally, you're looking for sky blue. They shouldn't be greenish brownish or pink, or brown, or white!

    Thanks thats what I thought, Can't belive how much I misspelled I suck at spelling but somehow when I reread it I find them. Sorry about that.
