They are a very handsome couple. My daughter recently bought a young pair of Cochins (hers are bantams) for showing next year and her hen is very feminine as well. A breed 'thing', perhaps?

Yeah, those aren't cochins. They have feathery legs, and they're darn cute, but not cochins. I would imagine that they have some sort of single comb clean legged bantam in there past, along with cochins. OEGB Cochin cross most likely.
I actually really like that cross. Hmm...
They are way cute.
