Hey, I was wondering if these 2 Red Rangers were Roo's like I fear they are. We were hoping to try a few as hens but it seems we might have all male.

We are prepping to put them outside but it's still pretty cold out [IMG]. Please give me any advice possible! I'm guessing both roo's but Bird #2's comb is slightly yellow. Oh yea--they are about 5 weeks old!

At 5 weeks they both look like cockerels but I could be wrong

    I'll be in the barn!
Any redness at that age is an indicator of a roo, although some breeds of hens mature quicker, I'm saying both roos.
