Yes, those look like Silver Phoenixes. The girls are quite pretty!

Did you hatch them yourself, or did you just recently purchase them? If you hatched them out yourself you should probably be able to tell from the size of the eggs you had. That roo sure is manly for his age [IMG]

Aren't the phoenix supposed to be slate legged, while these have white? They could be OEGB.

Oop! I think I misunderstood your question [IMG] ok, let's try this again [IMG] their legs are not the correct color for Phoenix. Could be a cross or an OEGB... Phoenix should have very dark colored legs.

I agree with DTchickens. I have OEGB silver duckwing from Ideal. And they look very similar. Not saying they are not what they are supposed to be, but time will tell.

I don't think they're Phoenixes. My phoenixes have slate legs.. The breed page on the homepage shows slate legs.

Here is one of my roos (on the left of course) at somewhere around 8ish weeks.. I think..

Here is the same one and his "brother" about 16 weeks in this photo

Sure wish I had one of my pullet... I'd have to do some more digging. Her legs are slate too though.

They look very similar otherwise though.. My vote is OEGB
