Are these two girls Cuckoo Marans?

I bought these as "Cuckoo Marans" but I am beginning to wonder based on some of the information I have read. They haven't started laying yet (21 weeks) so I don't know what their eggs will look like.

first one has yellow legs so it may not be a cuckoo marans........
the last one i'm pretty sure is a cuckoo marans.
