Are these two muscovy ducks on the bank dying of botulism? (warning: upsetting imagery)

Hey everyone, I just need some help knowing what's going on here. For context, I live on a house situated on a lake in Lake Worth, Florida and thus that i means I get a lot of wild waterfowl coming into my backyard. But this past day I've noticed not one, but TWO young muscovy duck siblings that seem to be dying of something. Here's a video:

Is this some form of super late stage botulism or something? I'm just (hopefully irrationally) worried that this could be some form of avian flu that could hugely infect other nearby ducks/wildlife. So far it's just only just these two that came from the same family, which tells me that they may have been poisoned in the lake...

Thanks in advance.
