Are they DEAD? plz help

i have eggs that have been under my broody silkie for 25 days today, and i candled them this morning and there both black i see chick but hear nothing and feel no movement. should i call this the end or give them a couple more days plz help

If the eggs are full of black with an air cell.I would give them a few more days........
Don't know if the cold weather could have had an effect................
I have a broody Serama hatching out eggs now.........she is three days off.
Often the hen will kick them out if they are bad or dead???????????
