are they old enough to be out on the ground

we have these guys in an inside grower pen they are getting pretty big.do you think they are ready to head outside we will be finshing there coop today.they have been on med feed sence they hatched.

Im no expert but if there has never been chickens or turkeys on the land you are fine to have them on the ground but if there ever was any on the land the parasites may still be present...in that case once they are three month's old they are fine to be on the ground, my turkeys have allways been on the ground with out any problems....knock on wood....
 
RE feeding medicated grain: it is my understanding that exposure to the soil and the cocci "bug" is required to develope immunity. That exposure is 5-6 weeks on the dirt. THis applies to chickens so I think it applies to turkies too. GL
